What should I do if my package arrives damaged or broken?

We do our best to pack everything safely, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email us at support@hommere.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a couple of clear photos of the damage, and we will send a brand-new replacement or give you a full refund immediately.

Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. If you place your order before 5:00 PM on a weekday, our team begins working on it that same day. Orders placed over the weekend or after the cut-off time will be handled on the next working day.

How long does handling and delivery take?

  • Handling Time: It takes us 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to pack and hand over your order to the carrier.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, the courier takes 6 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) to deliver the package to your door.

  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your package to arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the day you placed your order.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We keep our rates simple. Standard shipping costs a flat fee of $3.99 for all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs when you check out.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We partner with top domestic shipping networks to ensure your items arrive safely. Your package will be delivered via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Our system automatically chooses the best carrier for your specific location and package size.

How can I track my shipment?

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

To get a full refund, your item must be in the exact same condition you received it. This means it must be brand new, unused, unworn, have all the original tags attached, and be kept inside its original box or packaging.

How do I start a return process?

Simply drop us an email at support@hommere.shop. Let us know your order number and why you want to return the item. If your return meets our window, we will email you a pre-paid return label along with clear instructions on how to send the package back to us.

When will I get my money back?

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the item. If everything looks good, we will process your refund instantly. The money will automatically go back to the original card or payment method you used during checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to clear and post the funds to your account.

Can I exchange an item for something else?
